Engr. Adedayo got his first degree (B.Eng.) in Civil Engineering in the year 1993 from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. After about a decade of working experience, he proceeded to University of Lagos where he obtained a Master’s Degree (M.Sc) in Construction Management in the year 2002. He holds a certificate in Project Identification, Development and Management (PDM) 2013 from Maastricht School of Management (MSM), Netherlands. He was a Texaco scholarship award winner in 1990, 1991 and 1992

He commenced his professional career in1993 with DYS TROCCA VALSESIA LTD (DTV), as a site engineer on the construction of a dual carriageway in Jalingo. He joined AOP-CONSULT LIMITED in 1994. His experience within 5 years in AOP ranges from structural/civil engineering design and construction supervision, Project Management to Facilities Management of Residential, Industrial, Office, bank branches, and Estate Projects.

Out of the need to get a grip of the post-contract aspect of the project delivery, he joined TMC LIMITED in 1999, a firm of Construction with an interest in Facilities Management as Project/Facilities Manager. He had a brief stint with KONTINENTAL DEVELOPERS LIMITED, a project development and financing company in 2001.

In the year 2001 he joined CONCEPT PROJECTS LIMITED, a team of professionals who have interest in Design, Construction and Project Management as Managing Director. Notably among projects executed then was his involvement of the development of phase 1 project of LAGOS DEEP OFFSHORE FACILITIES LIMITED (LADOL) as Project Supervisor and Manager with AOP- Consult Limited.  Specific projects include Warehouses, office buildings, and Quay walls with sheet piling, Platform and Hard standing, Dredging and Sand filling, Sweeping and reclamation, Water Treatment Plant, and Sewage Treatment Plant.

In 2009, he founded TOPSEA ENGINEERING LIMITED, an Engineering, Construction, and Project Management company, and currently CEO. He has since furthered His career in Engineering, Construction, and Project Management. Notable amount projects involved are Jetties, Tank Farm at MMA Ikeja, Peace estate, Diamond estate, Bajabure estate, Ofada Estate, Kara Estate Guaranty trust bank Branches, First Bank Monument Bank Branches, Steel Office buildings, Refinery infrastructures    and lots of Residential Buildings 

His experience over the past 25 years spans across Engineering Design management, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Project Management, and deep Foundation Works. 

He has attended courses/training notably on The Design and detailing of High rise buildings with Techgrade Consulting 2011, Challenges to Nigerian Consultants in Oil and Gas projects by ACEN, (2007), Project Management by AOP-Consult Ltd. (1995/1996), Maintenance Engineering by Nigerian Society of Engineers (1996) and Fire prevention and fighting by Safety Engineering and Consultants (Nig) Ltd 1995.

He is a Corporate Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE), Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (MASCE), a member of The Nigeria Institution of Structural Engineers (MNIStructE), and a member of the Council for The Regulation of Engineering (COREN) in Nigeria.

He holds a certificate in Design, Construction, Operation and Maintenance of Transmission Line From ESCI India in 2016 and a Certificate in Project in Project Management Fundamentals from Pinconsult in 2017

He started his career in 1990 as a resident engineer with HAY, BARRY, ODUNSI & ASSOCIATES on a project at Onne port, rivers state. The scope of work was the construction of a grinding mill and warehouse/office block. The project involved driving precast piles for foundations of silo bases and factory, concrete pavement for the warehouse and external works as well as erection of steel members.

At the end of this project, he joined FOUNDATION CONSTRUCTION (FC), a reputable piling company as a project engineer. While in the company he was responsible for pile design, survey works, and QA/QC and load test on piles. He left the company as an engineering manager in 1996 shortly after the merger with NETHERLAND HARBOUR WORKS NIG. LIMITED.

Even though Engr. Ayoola teamed up with FOUNDATION SYSTEMS on exit from FC, he established TUNDE AYOOLA & PARTNERS to carry out contracting activities in the area of subsoil investigation, engineering design, and execution of civil works. He collaborated with other professionals in handling various design and construction projects such as 132 KV transmission lines and GSM cell sites.

He also has a brief stint with OVE ARUP & PARTNERS as principal resident engineer at the inception of Tinapa Business Resort, Calabar where he was responsible for the technical management of all piling works and at the same time assisting the project manager (Arup South Africa) in co-ordinating the activities of the design, supervision and construction teams on site.

He was a construction manager with INCOME ELECTRIX LIMITED on the construction of civil/infrastructural contract of Town Distribution Network (TDN), 11KV and 33KV (ITC) distribution lines, 132KV transmission lines, 33/11KV, 7.5MVA substations, and 132/33KV, 15MVA substations.

Due to the challenges in the construction industry, Engr. Ayoola in conjunction with other professionals has now re-positioned themselves as GEOSTRUCT ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION LIMITED to face those challenges and raise the standard of engineering design and construction practices in Nigeria.

He is currently a Director in TOPSEA ENGINEERING LIMITED. His past experience in deep foundation and structural engineering has helped in building and adding value to the provision of foundation construction works in TOPSEA

He is a Corporate Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE), a Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (MASCE), and a member of the Council for The Regulation of Engineering (COREN) in Nigeria.
